 Green light for the first meeting of ‘Peace Relations’ at the Faculty of letters and Philosophy of Arezzo to talk about the Caucasus and the ’14 points’On Friday 26th of March at 3.30 p.m. at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the Univesity of Siena in Arezzo the young students from the International Hall of Residence of Association Rondine Cittadella della Pace told the story of the ‘14 points for peace in the Caucasus’. Approved by more than 150 participants at the International Conference of the Peoples of the Caucasus organized by Rondine in May 2009 at La Verna (Arezzo) they represent a document to promote paths of peace for conflict resolution in the Caucasian region. The meeting held on the 26th of March was the first of a series scheduled in some universities belonging to the Inter-university Centre GEO, among which Udine, Pavia, Modena, L’Aquila and Naples in which the young students from Rondine will meet university students to talk about the document and debate on possible projects for peace construction. The next confirmed appointments are on the 26th of April at L’Aquila University and the 29th in Udine. |
